1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Node you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of Node including owners, managers, setters, and closers.

2. USE OF SERVICE

Node is a business analytics platform for coaching and consulting business owners. You may not share your account credentials or invite unauthorized users. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. ELIGIBLE USERS

Node is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over for business purposes. By using Node you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are using the platform for legitimate business purposes.

4. YOUTUBE API SERVICES

Node uses YouTube API Services provided by Google. By connecting your YouTube account to Node you are also agreeing to:

- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can revoke Node's access to your YouTube data at any time by visiting the Integrations settings page in Node or by visiting your Google security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

5. INSTAGRAM AND META API SERVICES

Node uses Instagram and Meta API Services. By connecting your Instagram or Meta account to Node you are also agreeing to Meta's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can revoke Node's access at any time from the Integrations settings page.

6. DATA OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of all data you input into Node. You grant Nodestacs Acquisition a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your business data, content, or analytics.

7. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use Node to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Infringe intellectual property rights of any party

- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the platform

- Transmit malicious code or interfere with platform security

- Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

- Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

8. TEAM ACCESS

Node allows account owners to invite team members including managers, setters, and closers. The account owner is responsible for all activity by team members. Account owners may remove team members at any time. Removed team members lose immediate access to the platform.

9. THIRD PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Node integrates with third-party services including Calendly, Meta, Google, Instagram, and YouTube. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to those providers.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Node is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and notify users of planned maintenance.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodestacs Acquisition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Node is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination you will lose access to the platform and your data may be deleted.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Node after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies.
