We collect information you provide when creating an account including your name, email address, and business information. We also collect data from third-party services you connect to Node including Calendly, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
We automatically collect certain usage data when you use the platform including log data, device information, and analytics about how you interact with Node.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to provide and improve the Node platform including generating analytics, populating your CRM, and displaying business metrics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. YOUTUBE DATA
Node accesses YouTube data solely to display video performance analytics to channel owners. We access view counts, watch time, click through rate, audience retention curves, and traffic sources to help business owners understand which content drives revenue.
We do not share YouTube data with third parties or use it for advertising purposes. YouTube data is only accessible to the authenticated account owner. Users can disconnect YouTube at any time from the Integrations settings page which immediately revokes Node's access to their YouTube data.
Node's use of YouTube API Services is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and the YouTube Terms of Service available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

4. INSTAGRAM AND META DATA
Node accesses Instagram and Meta data solely to display content performance analytics and business metrics to account owners. We access reel metrics, story metrics, Direct Messages, and ad account data to help coaching and consulting business owners track performance.
We do not share Instagram or Meta data with third parties or use it for advertising purposes. Users can disconnect Instagram and Meta at any time from the Integrations settings page.

5. DATA STORAGE
Your data is stored securely on Railway infrastructure with PostgreSQL databases. Media files are stored on Cloudflare R2. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. THIRD PARTY INTEGRATIONS
Node connects to third-party services including Calendly, Meta, Google, Instagram, and YouTube. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

7. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
